❤ Do you coach them on opportunities to develop their skills, technical + soft? Are you preparing them to move forward?
❤ Do you encourage them to take initiative with projects and see them through to completion?
❤ Do you give them credit for their ideas and accomplishments or is it absorbed into the team?
❤ Do you challenge them to take on exciting projects or do you bury them down with mundane tasks?
People who feel bridled will leave for a company where they have the autonomy and authority to run and excel. Choose to be that company!
