Welcome
My name is Melissa. I design and build Notion templates and workspaces for service-based small business owners.
I grew up as an early adopter of technology. The daughter of a consultant for small businesses specializing in local networks, IT support, and accounting software.
I discovered Notion in 2020. After the initial learning period, I become an enthusiast who shares it with friends and peers. I use it to collaborate, create, delegate and manage business and personal projects.
In 2021, I migrated almost all of my workflow from other platforms to Notion. In the process, I reduced subscription costs and centralized work. That same year, I started building custom small business OS for clients and their teams. A la “virtual office”.
In 2025, I launched templates on Notion Marketplace. The most popular template to date is the Executive Support dashboard.
As a leadership + operations coach, I understand design and function are equally important for creative businesses. Notion blends the traditional and modern to allow you to create a system uniquely yours.
