Other Side of Inconvenience

June 19, 2025 Mindset

Too many founders want to outsource leadership to other resources.

The evidence is in the lack of engagement and mediocre performance from their clients, team, and vendors.

It’s proven those with the closest bonds have repeatedly overcome adversity together.

They’ve shown up for each other through accountability and encouragement because they want what’s best for the other person.

What doors have you hesitated to walk through because the conversation is uncomfortable…or the meeting takes away from your work …or you’ve stopped noticing the small things in your busyness?

I encourage you to set aside time tomorrow or next week to invest in your relationships. Take action on a conversation you’ve been putting off. Celebrate the small things. 🌸
