QUOTES
I want to do it right the first time. And the first time I come with questions, I can need a bit more clarity, but once it’s done, I want it to simply be done.

It is a relationship. You have to work well together. And if you are not willing to understand the person that you are working with, it won’t be successful. Very transactional working styles are typically very cold. And as an assistant, it doesn’t provide us the comfort or the space to ask those qualifying questions or those questions for context that you need.
