The content dashboard was designed to be a one-stop place for planning and creating content. It includes a place for your resources and tools. Plus a multi-faceted database for managing content and performance.
Why a Content Dashboard?
I do all my own marketing. Over the past 10 years, I’ve used many different tools. Being able to build an archive, dashboard, reports, and workflow that support my needs is a game changer.
My two favorite practices:
- syncing content across platforms (blog > email > post)
- tracking key metrics across platforms
Benefits of a Content Dashboard
- Improve planning. View YTD performance and all content calendars simultaneously.
- Improve production. Share access with contributors where they can collaborate and create, before review.
- Improve performance. Track performance of blog posts, email campaigns, social posts, and video to see what content meets and exceeds objectives.
- Improve content. Contributors and creators can see what content resonates with your audience and build on it.
Form & Function
Simple databases provide the framework for planning, collaborating, and tracking. The preview galleries enable you to ensure content follows brand guides and is cohesive. The graphs show a summary of your metrics. This allows you to see patterns to continue or correct. You can modify data and fields to fit your needs.
What is Notion?
My favorite tool for housing and organizing my business operations since 2020. I migrated from Google and don’t use Dropbox, that’s how much I love it. All of my processes and templates are created and stored here making it easy to delegate.
I create custom dashboards and tools to see information at a glance. I use the paid version, Plus. They have a free version, if you’re curious or just starting your business.
What is the refund policy for templates?
