When everything is cheap, easy, and convenient, then nothing has value. What’s not valued is not protected, treasured, or revered. This is how we’ve become a transactional, throw away, swipe next culture.
We value what we work hard for, what we overcome, and what we persevere through.

Achievement brings more satisfaction than acquirement.
Talent is not meant to be cheap. Relationships aren’t easy. Training isn’t convenient. Protect talent. Treasure relationships. Revere human potential because it is a gift from God.
Great teams work together to challenge each other and draw out the potential lying within. It’s through overcoming hard times that we reveal who we are and what we’re capable of. But how will you know if you select cheap, easy, and convenient?
I’m betting on human potential, not artificial intelligence. I’m an outlier, but leaders aren’t meant to follow the masses.
